Can our Agency approve the request from an active Board Member to take over this contract and receive the funds. Is this a conflict of interest? If the agency cannot fulfill the requirements of the contract, wouldn't it be better to bid it out to someone not on the Board?Thank You Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
