Guest Guest Posted October 11, 2010 at 01:03 PM Report Share Posted October 11, 2010 at 01:03 PM Last Feb 2010, Vice Prez was absent at the mtg. He had all proposals with him. One of delegates decided to table all proposals to next meeting (June 2010). Last June 2010, we didn't meet quorum percentage. What do we do with proposals from last Feb? Are tabling proposals Feb 2010 still alive to next mtg after failing to meet quorum at that mtg last June? Thank you!

See FAQ #12.You can act as if the proposals had never been made (or "tabled") and start from scratch.

Thank you!Since your meetings are held less frequently than quarterly, any motion laid on the table at a meeting, dies at the end of that meeting (technically: session). [p206]You can introduce the motions again at the next meeting s new motions. -Bob
