The president is not acting as chairperson of a meeting held in front of a general assembly or at the association annual meeting. Every motion that wasmade the president made and then was voted on. Please advise.In "small" board meetings (about a dozen or fewer members in attendance - how many in yours?), the rules are relaxed allowing the Chair to participate fully, including making motions, debating and voting.
