Recording votes on motions in minutes

Hi! I am wondering if this is correct as a way to note a vote taken in the minutes?

"which was seconded and passed by consensus"

If it was a vote, which it was, should it not say, and passed by voice vote?

It is not. (And I don't believe the word "consensus" appears anywhere in RONR.)

Typically the minutes will just record whether the motion was adopted or lost. In the case of a counted vote, the minutes will record the number of ayes and nos. In the rare case of a roll-call vote, the minutes will record the vote of each member by name.
