Chris Harrison Posted December 31, 2010 at 06:46 PM Report Share Posted December 31, 2010 at 06:46 PM if a council has called a special meeting and no one informs one councilmember of the meeting and they have the meeting and hire someone,is that still binding? How was the member not notified? Was the member sent notice but never received it? Or did no one bother to tell the member about the meeting at all? Also, do the bylaws specifically permit the calling of a Special Meeting?
