Chris Harrison Posted January 1, 2011 at 10:51 PM Report Share Posted January 1, 2011 at 10:51 PM Are proceedings at a committee meeting considered to be confidential?Committee meetings are customarily held in Executive Session which means that Committee members cannot divulge what transpired at the meeting to any nonmember under the pain of disciplinary proceedings. Nonmembers who are permitted to attend the Executive Session are honor bound not to divulge what happened (RONR p. 93).Edit:Although no such duty is imposed if the committee doesn't go into Executive Session.
