jstackpo Posted February 11, 2011 at 05:04 PM Report Share Posted February 11, 2011 at 05:04 PM Presuming you used "Amend something previously adopted" (ASPA) (p. 293) to change (correct, I trust!) the old minutes, the minutes of the meeting where you adopted ASPA serve as the official documentation that a change was made.The book doesn't say this, but it is also a very good idea to put an annotation in the old minutes indicating they were changed, and include a forward reference to the minutes of the meeting at which the change was adopted. Probably NOT a proper thing to actually change the old minutes (as with a word processor), unless the text shows both the original and the corrected versions together.
