Guest Gene Posted February 21, 2011 at 03:48 PM Report Share Posted February 21, 2011 at 03:48 PM This is for a Homeowners Association Annual Meeting, where changes to the By-Laws will be vote upon. Our By-Laws only state "At all meetings of the members, each person may vote in person or by proxy. All proxies shall be in writing and filed with the secretary. Every proxy shall be revocable and shall automatically cease upon conveyance by the member of his home." There isn't any limitation or guidance in our By-Laws.
