Guest David Fink Posted March 4, 2011 at 09:47 PM Report Share Posted March 4, 2011 at 09:47 PM There is an item on our meeting agenda that is potentially controversial. The meeting will be held soon. It is likely that the majority of the membership will not be in attendance. Is there a proper way to suggest or even require that the vote be held via a mailing to the general membership?
