Guest Osgood Posted July 4, 2011 at 08:51 AM Report Share Posted July 4, 2011 at 08:51 AM Homeowners association board meetings process to discipline & expel attending member for conduct @ meeting considered inappropriate or out of order by the board? Robert's in brief with 2004 copyright, page 109, indicates to read RONR Section 61, (Expelling or disciplining members). Please tell how to get the text? By-Laws do not specify any process on said topic. One board member has attempted to assign "dings" against homeowner attending board meeting for his decorum @ meeting, without further action/approval of other board members & with comment "If we assign enough "dings", then homeowner will be expelled from attending future board meetings." These OP's need to step up.)("Ding rule." Nice catch, LC)
