Guest Elizabeth Posted September 21, 2011 at 02:44 AM Report Share Posted September 21, 2011 at 02:44 AM My board tabled adopting some important documents such as a confidentiality agreement and conflict of interest document. We found out later that there were some actions going on that were not organization related but that would be a conflict of interest with their board position that was occurring. How does the current board president get those documents passed even though half of the board has involvement with the activity?

The issues involved can be taken up at the next election of board members. The electors can make their own judgment whether the activities that the board members are involved in are inappropriate.
