Guest Triciaj95 Posted December 29, 2011 at 08:52 PM Report Share Posted December 29, 2011 at 08:52 PM At our last meeting we did not have a quorum until 1/2 thru the meeting. How would I reflect that in the minutes. The meeting was called to order at 7 PM, with 8 people in attendence and we need 11 for a quorum. About 1/2 thru the 11th person arrived. There were no motions before she arrived but some reports were submitted.

jstackpo Posted January 5, 2012 at 10:11 PM Report Share Posted January 5, 2012 at 10:11 PM Nope. Approving minutes is just as much "business" as is agreeing to send me a check for however much is in your association's bank account.(For "Parliamentary Services Rendered", of course.)
