When a meeting is at 0630 for one part of the of the group and the other meeting at 1030 for the other, can a motion be voted on at the first part of the meeting while the second part of the group has no idea of what took place. should the motion be table till everyone has a chance to voice their opion Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
