Correct way to capitalize or not to capitalize the word "meeting" or "agenda" as part of the title or in a sentence

In almost all cases, the words "meeting" and "agenda" are too generic to warrant capitalization.

On the other hand, a poster might announce the Annual Meeting of the Two-Fisted Parliamentarians.

Looking at the sample bylaws in RONR, the word meeting is capitalized in the heading of the relevant sections, but in the text of the section it is not.

In the title, I would capitalize. For the rest I tend to do so as I am usually referring to a specific Agenda or Meeting unlike using the word agenda or meeting in the general sense.
