Guest Kim Presser Posted April 30, 2012 at 03:45 PM Report Share Posted April 30, 2012 at 03:45 PM If in the previous minutes you had an attendee that didn't actually attend - when the board of directors is approving the previous minutes, they will make an amendment. In the following meeting, when the minutes are being approved, they would be approved as amended. At this time would you list the change?

Gary Novosielski Posted May 1, 2012 at 02:13 AM Report Share Posted May 1, 2012 at 02:13 AM If in the previous minutes you had an attendee that didn't actually attend - when the board of directors is approving the previous minutes, they will make an amendment. In the following meeting, when the minutes are being approved, they would be approved as amended. At this time would you list the change?Technically, they would be approved "as corrected". They only need to be "amended" if the error was detected after the minutes had already been (incorrectly) approved. The change is made in the original minutes.
