Can a current board member at large volunteer to be chairperson for the HOA nominating committee for the upcoming calendar year. Also, can they nominate themselves to be considered for a board position in that upcoming year? Finally, does the nominating chairperson have the authority to pick their own committee or must people volunteer?

Generally the body that the Committee will report their nominees to picks who will be on the Committee.
