Minutes

I belong to a Condominium Association, the secretary of the board doesn't provide the minutes of the board meetings

in a reasonable time frame. Sometimes she will go for months before providing them, and sometimes not at all. Is

there a reference to a time frame for the secretary to provide the minutes for the owners? It must be in writing for her to adhere to & even then she may not.

Do the By-laws of the condominium, or the area Condominium Act allow the owners to have copies of Board meetings? If so, that is where the "reasonable timeframe" issue will come from. However, also look at both for disciplinary possibilities, or simply elect someone else when her term is over if you do not like this.
