Guest Ron Posted October 12, 2012 at 12:02 PM Report Share Posted October 12, 2012 at 12:02 PM At a microphone with a red light being point of order, a blue light a point of privilege, and a yellow light being information, what is the order of precedence if all the lights are on? jstackpo Posted October 12, 2012 at 12:29 PM Report Share Posted October 12, 2012 at 12:29 PM The blue light motion (raising a question of privilege) might get priority depending on what the question may be. So the chair will have to find out. And rule accordingly. The other two incidental motions have no relative ranking, but, again, depending on the context (what is the problem that is generating the point?) the red light point might deserve top billing. If nothing else works, whoever got there first (if you can find out) wins.
