guest1987 Posted February 11, 2013 at 02:35 AM Report Share Posted February 11, 2013 at 02:35 AM The Parliamanterian in our organization chairs the Constitutional review committee. If they unexpectedly cannot make it to a committee meeting at the last minute, do we need to postpone the meeting. There will still be a quorum present. Can somone else be assigned to chair temporarly?

David A Foulkes Posted February 11, 2013 at 12:23 PM Report Share Posted February 11, 2013 at 12:23 PM Just to be clear, although your first question did not end with a "?", Mr. Hunt was answering your second question.

Though saying, "I'm afraid I won't be able to make it to tonight's meeting so you'll have to elect a temporary chair", hardly takes a second breath.
