Guest L Fenex Posted March 6, 2015 at 11:57 PM Report Share Posted March 6, 2015 at 11:57 PM Dear Friends, it is permissible for a board to hold its votes in private? The board work with typically asks all non-members to leave the room while they cast their votes. Afterwards the Chair communicates the vote results to the interested parties. Thank you for your help!
