Richard Brown Posted March 30, 2015 at 07:40 PM Report Share Posted March 30, 2015 at 07:40 PM Unless you have some customized rule to the contrary. you can do everything without an agenda that you could do with one. RONR has no requirement about posting an agenda in advance or even having an agenda. You can also adopt one at the meeting without having posted it in advance.... unless you have a rule to the contrary. FAQ # 14 might be of some assistance to you: http://www.robertsrules.com/faq.html#

jstackpo Posted March 31, 2015 at 12:53 PM Report Share Posted March 31, 2015 at 12:53 PM If no agenda is posted prior to a meeting, can a discussion meeting be held? And perhaps also to the point, what is a "discussion meeting"? RONR doesn't recognize that term. Does your association define it in some rule?
