jstackpo Posted April 1, 2015 at 02:04 AM Report Share Posted April 1, 2015 at 02:04 AM There is no requirement for a sign-in attendance sheet in RONR. So if your group requires one it will be up to the group to set the rules for how to use it.

Edgar Guest Posted April 1, 2015 at 02:48 AM Report Share Posted April 1, 2015 at 02:48 AM If the members of the Board of Directors do not count toward a quorum, should they sign the attendance sheet just as regular members? If this is a meeting of the general ("regular") membership and the board members are also general ("regular") members then they count towards the quorum. The fact that they might be also board members has no effect on their rights and responsibilities as general ("regular") members. As always, your rules may vary. So check your bylaws. Perhaps not counting board members is just your custom and not your rule.
