Hieu H. Huynh Posted September 30, 2015 at 06:17 PM Report Share Posted September 30, 2015 at 06:17 PM The answer to your question would have to be found in your rules.
Bruce Lages Posted September 30, 2015 at 06:18 PM Report Share Posted September 30, 2015 at 06:18 PM It should be determined by (and stated in) whatever rules govern your representative body. If RONR governs, it will be determined by the number of representatives who are physically present. But if your organization is structured in a manner other than one person-one vote, your rules will have to spell out how, or if, that affects the establishment of a quorum. The RONR default quorum, in the possibly remote chance that your rules say nothing, is a majority of the membership, who must be physically present at the meeting.
