Guest Joanne Laudicina Posted October 13, 2016 at 05:05 PM Report Share Posted October 13, 2016 at 05:05 PM Is the President allowed to put in a community newsletter how people should vote for an upcoming covenant change? The covenant change is not to allow renters and he has written everyone to vote "yes" for the change. The Board has adopted Roberts Rule of Order for conduct of business. laudicinajt@tampabay.rr.com

Richard Brown Posted October 13, 2016 at 05:32 PM Report Share Posted October 13, 2016 at 05:32 PM RONR does not address conduct of officers or members outside of a meeting. Although RONR provides that the presiding officer of a meeting should remain neutral during the meeting and avoid showing any partiality, that rule applies only during meetings.
