Guest Susiedqq Posted September 25, 2019 at 09:21 PM Report Share Posted September 25, 2019 at 09:21 PM An HOA president wants to have a skype or some kind of other interactive Annual Meeting. He is trying to gather support for this. Of course, the bylaws or CCRs don’t mention electronic meetings, even for the board. What’s the latest permission in RONR for electronic meetings? Chris Harrison Posted September 25, 2019 at 09:28 PM Report Share Posted September 25, 2019 at 09:28 PM Can't have them unless the Bylaws specifically provide for them (RONR pp. 97-99).
jstackpo Posted September 25, 2019 at 10:27 PM Report Share Posted September 25, 2019 at 10:27 PM How many people does your president anticipate being on-line and participating? Adobe Connect seems to work well for the NAP Board, 9 or 10 people, I think, but more than that number of people? I dunno if the technology, and expense is up to it. They're prohibited. It would take a bylaws amendment to allow them.
