Guest Stephanie Posted May 21, 2020 at 07:20 AM Report Share Posted May 21, 2020 at 07:20 AM If a group/organization has monthly general meetings, when should the minutes from the AGM be approved? At the next AGM, or at the next General meeting?

Rob Elsman Posted May 21, 2020 at 01:54 PM Report Share Posted May 21, 2020 at 01:54 PM If, for one reason or another, the minutes of the annual meeting cannot be read and approved at the next regular meeting, they should be approved as soon thereafter as possible, either at a regular meeting or a special meeting called for that purpose. If there are multiple sets of minutes to be read and approved, they should be dealt with in the order that the meetings occurred.
