Ours is a not for profit organization. We have 16 memebrs in our board. I wonder how many minutes each member can talk on each item and who decides the total duration of the meeting? would you please  share the relevent pages in RR on this subject.

Thanks In advance

Assuming this board does not use the rules for small boards (pp. 487-88)

"MAXIMUM TIME FOR EACH SPEECH. In a nonlegislative body or organization that has no special rule relating to the length of speeches (2), a member, having obtained the floor while a debatable motion is immediately pending, can speak no longer than ten minutes unless he obtains the consent of the assembly. Such permission can be given by unanimous consent (pp. 54–56), or by means of a motion to Extend the Limits of Debate (15), which requires a two-thirds vote without debate. "  RONR (11th ed.), pp. 387-88

" Unless the assembly has a special rule providing otherwise, no member can speak more than twice to the same question on the same day—except that in the case of an Appeal (24), only the presiding officer can speak twice (the second time at the close of the debate), all other members being limited to one speech."  RONR (11th ed.), pp. 388-89

And see Modification of General Limits of Debate on p. 390ff.

If you're asking how long a meeting lasts, the assembly decides.  There are several ways to end the meeting.
