If a board member holds a position, such as Treasurer, and they want to give up that position, are they still allowed to remain on the board just as a director? Was this person elected as a board member, and was then separately elected as Treasurer? Or was he simply elected Treasurer, and served on the board by virtue of his position as Treasurer?
