Robert B Fish Posted February 16, 2011 at 03:43 PM Report Share Posted February 16, 2011 at 03:43 PM You should check with the Board's attorney.Unfortunately, while some attorneys are well versed in the application of RONR as well as applicable statutes, many attorneys are not. Makr sure your attorney is considering BOTH applicable statutes AND RONR in rendering any opinion.-Bob

Gary Novosielski Posted February 18, 2011 at 03:27 AM Report Share Posted February 18, 2011 at 03:27 AM Does an agenda (given to the public community) have to reflect a closed session of the Board meeting with its topic included? That's impossible to say without knowing what sort of organization you are. For example, it's hard to understand why a private society's agenda would be given to the public community in the first place. What kind of "Board" are you?
