Removing an item from a published agenda

Can an item which was requested and published to be on the agenda for last months meeting by the President this item was then tabled to the next meeting. It now has been published and properly noticed for this months agenda be removed at the request of the President or any Board member without a majority vote of the Board membership?

No.

But there are numerous ways for the meeting to "get rid of" the item when it comes up.
