(There were no procedural issues with this.) The board voted to come out of Executive Session with a specific report (eg., "that members x, y, and z be appointed to the special committee).What is the best way to show this in the minutes? At the conclusion of the ExecSess, the Board reported that it had adopted a motion that 'members ... ' "Nothing secret revealed; obviously the appointments (or whatever) that were (presumably) discussed and made in ExecSess will have to become public knowledge sooner or later. So do it sooner.
