J. J. Posted May 22, 2012 at 07:33 PM Report Share Posted May 22, 2012 at 07:33 PM Welcome to Pennsylvania! Seriously, no rule in RONR prohibits it and I am currently in an organization with one branch having an officer currently on death row.
Gary Novosielski Posted May 22, 2012 at 10:20 PM Report Share Posted May 22, 2012 at 10:20 PM Can a convicted felon still on Probation run for office in a private organization?Yes. I know of at least one organization which specializes in aiding and supporting ex-cons, and I'd be surprised if there aren't many others. The odds of finding convicted felons in positions of responsibility in such an organization are probably high.Did someone tell you there was such a rule in RONR?
