I think the term assembly without qualification refers to the body of people who assemble [p.2] (whether it's a board, committee, general membership, etc.) Daniel Honemann is right that it's not worth fussing about and I was simply looking to understand what Transpower's quibble with Edgar Guests's statements were. (Seemed to me those statements were spot on.) It's merely a side discussion separate from the issue of tenants/homeowners/members, about which I wasn't asking anything.
