It would help us if you would give us more information about who (which body or officer) these reports are coming from. From a certain officer? From a board, sucn as executive board or board of directors? From a certain committee? If a committee, is it a standing committee or a special committee? If the report is from an officer (e.g. the treasurer), presenting it under officer reports may make sense. In any case, members could bring up new items of business under new business.
