Abstain vote due to absence from meeting

The fact that your were absent from the previous meeting does not preclude your participatioin in the apporval of the minutes of that meeting. But no vote should be taken on the approval. If there is disagreement ovet a proposed correction, the propsoed correction is voted on. But once all corrections, if any, are made, the chair simply declares the minutes approved ("as submitted" or "as corrected,", whichever is applicable) without taking a vote.
