This is true, and we very often, probably annoying often, point this out. Quite a few (perhaps I should consider doing this) even have it in their signatures.

Oh, many of us long-term inmates on this forum can well remember the days when the warden would come along and break up any gathering to talk about anything beyond what RONR says, as if the rules therein controlled.  Actually, I pine for those days.  I have no way to examine what any organization's particular rules say, much less can I know the specific characteristics of the organization that might assist me in reaching an appropriate interpretation of those rules.  Think of me as a guy with a book.  That's it--just a guy with a book.
