The National Association of Parliamentarians and American Institute of Parliamentarians provide referral services. Inclusion in those services will mean the person is credentialed, but not being included in those services does not necessarily mean the person is not credentialed. So the next step might be to contact the National Association of Parliamentarians or American Institute of Parliamentarians and inquire about the person in question.
