I don't know what the "UCC" is, but generally, I would say that you should first check your bylaws or, if they are silent, see Section 63 of RONR for information on formal disciplinary procedures. If the "UCC" is some sort of board rather than the full organization, there may be more flexibility in the process for removal - see FAQ #20. Agreeing with Mr. Martin, we do not know what the UCC is or even what type organization it is nor what its bylaws might say about disciplining or expelling members.
