Guest R.F. Posted January 14, 2011 at 07:01 PM Report Share Posted January 14, 2011 at 07:01 PM At what point in the meeting would it be too late to be considered in attendance. We recently had a board member show up and be seated at our regular meeting just when the chair asked for a motion to adjorn. Should that member be counted as present in the meeting minutes and be paid the allowance?

And interpreting any ambiguities will be up to a majority of your assembly.
