In the event there is only one (1) candidate for an office and there are no nominations from the floor, the presiding office may entertain a motion that the candidate is elected. Does the motion require a majority or two-third vote to pass?

If not, then a simple majority is all that is required to elect.

No vote is required at all, in this case.  The candidate is elected by acclamation.
