George Mervosh Posted April 13, 2015 at 01:41 PM Report Share Posted April 13, 2015 at 01:41 PM Does the vice president become the president elect without opening the floor for presidential nominations? Guest Ellen, are you referring to electing a new President since the term of office is expiring and it's time to elect a new one, or has the President resigned or is there some other situation where the President has vacated the office?
