Guest Michael Posted December 9, 2016 at 09:18 PM Report Share Posted December 9, 2016 at 09:18 PM The executive committee of our organization held a trial for a member and decided to suspend his membership for up to one year. Under the CBL the member has the right to appeal to the full membership by special meeting. A special meeting is scheduled and according to the CBL it will take 2/3 vote of members in good standing to overturn the decision of the Executive Committee. My question is do the members of the Executive committee get to vote again at the special meeting for the purpose of overturning their decision?
