Let's say there were 5 bylaw changes. First one was read and a motion was made with a second. No action was taken. Then the same was done for the rest.  The President already had all the changes made up in ballot form. So after all the motions were made and seconded the ballot was handed out.  President felt it was taking too long to count so meeting was adjourned.

Meetings are not adjourned simply because the president feels they are taking too long.  Was there a motion to adjourn?   If not, did anyone object?
