How does one request a secret ballot vote in an assembly meeting

How does one request a secret ballot vote.  What is the proper procedure to do so?

A member may simply make a motion to hold the vote by ballot.  It requires a majority vote to adopt this motion.

While the main motion is pending, a member, obtaining the floor, can move That the vote on this motion be taken by ballot.

The motion requires a second, is not debatable, and needs a majority vote to be adopted.

Alternatively, a member can make a preliminary main motion when no business is pending.  In this case, the motion is debatable.  It would also be amendable as to the method of voting.
