Guest Lorie Posted November 30, 2017 at 02:29 AM Report Share Posted November 30, 2017 at 02:29 AM What rights do members have that have accepted there membership to a board, but with provisions?
jstackpo Posted November 30, 2017 at 03:13 AM Report Share Posted November 30, 2017 at 03:13 AM I would presume all of the regular privileges of membership (see RONR, p.3), minus whatever ones are listed in the "provisions".

Do you meant they accepted, but with provisions; or that the membership was offered with provisions, and they accepted?

There is no such thing in a RONR as membership “with provisions.” You’re either a member or you’re not. If your bylaws include this “with provisions” rule, you will need to look to those rules to answer your question. If your bylaws have no such rule, then they have the full rights of membership. Agreeing, I will add that any "provisions" must be placed in the bylaws, assuming that the position is created in the bylaws. Not only would a member have full rights, those rights could only be limited by a provision placed in the bylaws or due to disciplinary action.
