  1. Did the nonmember vote? If so, did that vote affect the results?
  2. A resignation should be accepted by the body that elected the person to the position. Perhaps your organization could adopt a rule regarding resignations.

  8. I think the answer to your question would depend on the requirements of Wisconsin's Open Meeting Law. Interpretation of such requirements is beyond the scope of this forum.

  11. Nonmembers could be excluded at any time, unless your rules say otherwise.
