  1. The minutes of the next meeting would include the point of order.
  2. A point of order could be raised that the adopted motion is in conflict with the bylaws and is null and void.
  3. The minutes should be a record of what was done (regardless of whether it was proper or not).
  4. At the next meeting, a point of order could be raised that the previous meeting did not have a quorum and clear, convincing proof could be given. Then the actions taken could be ratified.

  15. No. RONR does not address ranking multiple new board members.
  16. Who created the committee? What does the board want to say to it? If the board created the committee, the board could give it instructions.

  18. Ultimately it is up to your organization to interpret your rules.
