  1. A member has all the rights of membership unless your bylaws say otherwise.

  3. Someone can be a member if that person meets the requirements for membership according to the bylaws.

  9. At the next meeting, bring it up again and if the chair "tables" the motion, raise a point of order that the chair does not have such power.
  10. It could be brought up again on November 28 through the motion to rescind or amend something previously adopted.
