  1. Unless your bylaws provide otherwise, the vice president automatically becomes president if there is a vacancy in this position.
  2. It is up to the organization to decide on the modifications for online meetings.
  3. The articles of incorporation supersedes all the other rules of the organization.
  4. Any member can offer corrections to the minutes. When there are no further corrections, the minutes are approved without a motion or vote.
  5. That is up to your organization to decide. Your organization could amend its bylaws so that it's not a possibility.
  6. No member can speak more than twice on the same question on the same day. If the main motion is amended, it would be a different question.
  7. In addition, the board could decide to vote by ballot, where the options are listed on the ballot.
  8. I think this is a matter of bylaws interpretation, which only your organization can do.
  9. Do your bylaws say that the president serves "until a successor is elected"?
