  2. It will be up to your organization to determine whether such items are to be included in the bylaws.

  4. The committee could have excluded the president, unless the bylaws make her a member of it.
  5. Ultimately it is up to your organization to interpret your bylaws.
  6. Generally, the assembly can decide on conducting a ballot vote instead of a voice vote.
  7. Generally it would be the same presiding officer as any other meeting.
  8. Only members of the body that is meeting have the right to vote unless your rules say otherwise.
  9. If someone is ineligible for office according to your bylaws, then the bylaws would have to be amended to make that person eligible.
